What to Expect
We warmly welcome you and your family to the practice! To ensure a smooth and comfortable first visit, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early. This extra time allows us to get to know you better, starting with some initial paperwork to understand your child's unique needs and to scan your insurance cards for their chart. Additionally, we'll gather a comprehensive health history for both biological parents and your child. This step is crucial in providing the personalized and attentive care that every family deserves.
First Visits
For your first visit, we want to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Please remember that a legal parent or guardian must accompany the patient for this initial appointment. We kindly ask you to bring physical insurance cards and any relevant legal documents (such as adoption papers) that we might need to provide the best care.
For our tiniest patients, newborns, we understand you might not have an insurance card ready for them just yet, and that’s perfectly okay. We're here to support you through these early steps of your child's healthcare journey.
